[chore] Deprecate pytest_lazy_fixture or pin pytest version in dependabot #185

Pytest should not be updated, because pytest_lazy_fixtures does not work in newer versions.

Either change the lazy_fixture framework to use a maintained package.
Or remove pytest from dependabot tracking to stop it spamming these PRs.
