Feature request: be able to sign transactions using the backup key of 2of3 Green accounts

Hi,

I really would like to see an easy way to sign transactions with the backup key on 2of3 accounts on Green.
Why? Because Green app can stay temporary offline during a period that someone really needs to urgently transact. In my case I only use 2of3 accounts.

I think could have on settings an option like: Allow local login for 2of3 accounts. So if selected and an user choose to local login, Green will not use Green servers, instead will login using SPV. All configurations options and features that use Green server will be disabled.
When the user choose to local login, Green should warn the user to only use this login option if the Green server be offline and he needs to urgently make a transaction.
