Need a way to move the added rules up or down in the listing

When entering the css changes I discovered I forgot to change one color so wanted to change it at the end of my list.

What happened is that (typical css behaviour ?) that as I changed it all other button backgrounds (I was changing the buttons) also changed to the last set color.

It would be nice if we have an option to grab one line of changed css code to move up or down the list without having to retype it all over again :)
