[feature request] Add a tooltip when Tab Icons enabled

Please, add a tooltip when mouse is over the tab icon. Tooltip text could be the original name of that tab.
Maybe allow editing this tooltip text in the Theme settings too.

Why I think it's useful:
I have many different tabs, and am not used with the icons yet, often I click 3 different tabs to find what I want.
Not using the Icon Tabs also can solve my issue, but I like how clean it is with the icons and seems to be a simple improvement.
