Nighttime theme minor incompatibly with OctoPrint-Widescreen #124

When enabling the Nightime theme, there seems to be extra padding/margin on the right side of the screen that adds a horizontal scroll bar and slightly shift to the right slightly.

Suspect perhaps related - when nighttime theme is active Target temperature text box on the Temperature tab has shrunk to allow only a single digit to be viewed
