Unable to see the buttons on Web Page #128

When launching the sample website i.e. index.html using Live Server, the page only shows the Send to Default Group checkbox and the message box. There is nothing else rendered on the page thus can't explore the complete functionality of bidirectional-chat sample i.e. AddUserToGroup etc. Even the sent messages are not visible.

Please just use Enter to send message.
