This item is to document the known issues we have so far. Here is the list:

• Storage related failure
  

• Missing Fabric environment and lakehouse
  

• SP/MI not working for OneLake Shortcuts

• Spark library upload with the same name doesn't have any effect.
  

• The "Publish Environment” API is missing the handling for 202 (Accepted) and returns 200 instead. Because of this, it's not possible to poll for the publishing to finish. A workaround is to poll for environment status instead.
