Update the Fabric E2E sample deployment to deploy to three environments (DEV, STG, PROD). Currently, it only deploys one environment.

DoD:

Deployment must have option to deploy which environment to deploy.
Deployment remains idempotent.
The connection deletion issue is fixed.
The workspaces are linked to respective environment branches.
The terraform "-state" warning is addressed.
README is updated.
