Discord now has API to accept translations for slash-command names and descriptions. Would be nice to have at least that much translated by the time the client feature for displaying those translations exits beta.

Discord also now provides API to let the bot know what locale and language preference the user or guild has. I'd like to add translations for every user-facing string the bot sends. We've made some headway already, but the translation files don't yet cover every string.

Could use some help translating what the files do cover.
