This issue acquired when i run viewer the issue showed but viewer display the image but not display properly and this is laser camera and i cannot chnage in pixel formate and compenent

And one more think
i luckily got sick ruler 3020 camera it was 3d camera ok already i worked in python i can configure , take jpeg image and 3d depth value also using python harvester libraies but now i wnat jumped to c++ used to connect the ruler 3020 its connected and its wokr nice but how to get the depth i can give one idea when i worked in python i can get the depth data in txt file formate and data in decimal values pls help me .......................................
