Create custom themes?

I think a nice addition to MonsterUI woud be a way to create custom themes, and make these available in the theme switcher too.

Is this easily possible right now (i.e. just undocumented) or would it require a bit more work?

I'm not sure!

I think it should work to create a FrankenUI theme in the headeer based on their docs, but I haven't tried it.

I'm probably not going to be able test this out for a while right now, but I was curious to see if it was doable. I think being able to easily set your own custom palette would be a common requirement? I'll let you know if I get around to testing it.

There's a PR for this. All that's left is to test it, and to make a markdown file I can put as a guide for how to create one with screenshots/etc. for the docs then it'll be good.
