Raw Chicken Leg is a drop so no recipe is needed

Raw Lizard now is a drop from Komododragon.

But that still limits the resource more than beef( RawBeef Roast) or pork (Raw Pork Belly) as they have a recipe for creating them if that is the intent thats fine. I was merely pointing out the Raw Beef Roast/Raw Pork Belly is both a drop and a recipe from Vanilla ingredients whereas chicken only has the drop.
