Sneaky Curses

Makes curse enchants an actual interesting mechanic by hiding their presence (maybe have them still display when on creative mode though). It also has a cool custom enchant glint color! Another tweak that could be added is having a small chance for an enchanted item in loot tables such as chests to become cursed.
